Europe sales
The minimum order for wholesale is five units.
All packages are guaranteed to arrive by 12 p.m. the following business day (or at most within 48 hours) for a flat rate of $40, dispatched via DHL, FedEx, etc. (Registered Courier) (noon).
All orders will not be shipped until we see proof of a completed payment in our business account.
Overseas (outside of Europe) sales
The minimum order quantity for wholesale is 10 units.
There is a “Certificate of Identity” (Registered & Certified by AGRI-FOOD VETERINARY AUTHORITY, DENMARK) and a “Certificate of Warranty” supplied for each fish sold by Arowana For Sale Aquarium Farm (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Registered & Certified).
All agreed upon rates, including shipping costs, shall be enforced.

Dead on arrival (DOA)
Through our years of experience in the trade, we have perfected our shipping methods to ensure that all of the fish will arrive alive. If a sample is lost or damaged during shipment, we will replace it as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Please immediately (overnight is fine) freeze the body and return it to us through next-day express shipping so that we may do an autopsy and replace the deceased.
